Functie-eisen

As a Tubemill Operator, you are responsible for the entire production process of steel tubes. 
You will set up and adjust the machine for different production runs, carry out quality checks, and lead a team of 4–5 colleagues, ensuring efficient collaboration on the line. Maintaining a clean and safe work environment is key, as is optimizing production to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. 
You’ll also be expected to solve minor technical issues, suggest improvements, and handle administrative tasks such as reporting production data and material needs in our system, Otomes. You report directly to the Production Manager.
 
Requirements

• Minimum experience of 3 years;
• Technical background;
• You work accurately, punctually, and independently;
• Good level of English;
• European Nationality/Citizenship;
• Driving License B.
