We are looking for a skilled welder to work on a variety of steel structures, from small components to large projects. You will use MIG/MAG, electrode, and TIG welding techniques, read technical drawings, and handle plate and profile processing (cutting, bending, drilling, punching). On-site assembly may also be required.We value attention to detail, quality workmanship, and a flexible, team-oriented mindset. Experience in industrial or structural construction is a plus, but motivation and willingness to learn are just as important.
Functie-eisen
- Proficiency in multiple welding techniques: MIG/MAG welding, electrode welding, and TIG welding (certification preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans to perform tasks accurately and independently.
- Experience assembling and welding structures, from small components to large steel constructions.
- Experience working with various materials, including steel, stainless steel (inox), aluminum, duplex, and wear-resistant materials.
- Plate and profile processing skills: cutting (plasma, shearing, sawing), bending, drilling, punching, and welding.
- On-site assembly and welding experience, with the flexibility to work at different construction sites or customer locations.
- Attention to detail and safety, ensuring high-quality workmanship and precise finishes.
- Teamwork and flexibility, able to collaborate with colleagues and adapt to various projects.
- Experience in industrial or structural construction is a plus.
Aanbod
- Fully legal employment in accordance with Belgian regulations, including social security, health insurance, and accrual of Belgian pension rights.
- Competitive salary depending on skills and experience (according to official rates or agreements with the client): €16 – €18/hour.
- Meal vouchers worth €5 per worked day (€105 – €110/month).
- Comfortable high-standard accommodation: furnished apartments with single rooms, including utilities (water, gas, electricity) and unlimited internet (~weekly cost €90, in line with market prices).
- Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (around €1,600 net, paid once a year).
- Holiday allowance – 15.38% of annual gross salary (around €4,500 net, paid once a year).

- Transport provided, depending on the distance between accommodation and workplace.
- Individual support from our English- and Polish-speaking team.
- Free accommodation during the first week of employment.
- Welcome package worth €25 (food products).
- If you come with your own car and use it for transportation, you will receive a €25 fuel card per week.
