Functieomschrijving
As a CE Driver – Concrete Mixer, you are responsible for safely and efficiently transporting concrete to various construction sites in Belgium. You will operate a modern concrete mixer and ensure that deliveries are made on time and in perfect condition.You will not perform any on-site construction work; your focus is fully on transportation and operating the mixer. All new drivers receive internal training to become familiar with the vehicle and company procedures.
Fluent Dutch or English is required to communicate safely with the team and clients. Additionally, you must hold a valid CE driving license with Code 95, which is mandatory for professional transport in Belgium.
Functie-eisen
You have the following qualifications and competencies:- Valid CE driving license with Code 95.
- Professional experience as a driver, preferably with concrete mixers or heavy transport vehicles.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible working hours.
- Fluent in Dutch or English.
- Safe, responsible, and punctual driving behavior.
- Willingness to attend internal training to become fully familiar with the vehicle and procedures.
Aanbod
- Fully legal employment in accordance with Belgian regulations, including social security, health insurance, and accrual of Belgian pension rights.
- Competitive salary depending on skills and experience (according to official rates or agreements with the client): between €16 and €20/hour.
- Comfortable high-standard accommodation: furnished apartments with single rooms, including utilities (water, gas, electricity) and unlimited internet (~weekly cost €90, in line with market prices).
- Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (around €1,600 net, paid once a year).
- Holiday allowance – 15.38% of annual gross salary (around €4,500 net, paid once a year).
- Family allowances for each child.
- Transport provided, depending on the distance between accommodation and workplace.
- Individual support from our English- and Polish-speaking team.
- Free accommodation during the first week of employment.
- Welcome package worth €25 (food products).
- If you bring your own car and use it for transportation, you will receive a €25 fuel card per week.
- Overtime is guaranteed: 20 hours per month paid at 150%. Saturday work is also paid at 150%. All remaining overtime is counted as compensatory time off.
