Our client in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, offers experienced floor installers the opportunity to join a professional and well-coordinated team. The company is renowned for its high-quality flooring installation work in apartments, kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, and toilets, with a strong emphasis on quality and craftsmanship.Functie-eisen
- Experience in construction as a floor installer, with knowledge of different materials such as tiles (60x60, 80x80) and laminate
- Good English skills, both spoken and understood, to communicate effectively on site
- Driving license B, allowing flexibility across different projects
- Flexibility and motivation, with a hands-on mentality and willingness to take on new techniques and challenges
- Attention to quality, working precisely and taking pride in perfectly finished floors
Aanbod
- Fully legal employment in accordance with Belgian regulations, including social security, health insurance, and accrual of Belgian pension rights.
- Competitive salary depending on skills and experience (according to official rates or agreements with the client): €18 – €20/hour.
- Meal vouchers worth €5 per worked day (€105 – €110/month).
- Comfortable high-standard accommodation: furnished apartments with single rooms, including utilities (water, gas, electricity) and unlimited internet (~weekly cost €90, in line with market prices).
- Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (around €1,600 net, paid once a year).
- Holiday allowance – 15.38% of annual gross salary (around €4,500 net, paid once a year).
- Family allowances for each child.
- Transport provided, depending on the distance between accommodation and workplace.
- Individual support from our English- and Polish-speaking team.
- Free accommodation during the first week of employment.
- Welcome package worth €25 (food products).
- If you come with your own car and use it for transportation, you will receive a €25 fuel card per week.
