As a Tubemill Operator, you are responsible for the entire production process of steel tubes. You set up and adjust the machine for different production runs, perform quality checks, and lead a team of 4–5 colleagues, ensuring efficient collaboration on the production line. Maintaining a clean and safe working environment is essential, as well as optimizing production to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
 
You are also expected to resolve minor technical issues, propose improvements, and handle administrative tasks such as reporting production data and material requirements in our system, Otomes. You report directly to the Production Manager.
 
Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience
• Technical background
• Accurate, punctual, and able to work independently
• Good level of English
• European nationality/citizenship
• Driving license B
