Our client is one of the 3 largest Belgian Auto dealer groups, and in 2023 the Group sold more than 16,600 new Vehicles. In addition to the 6 brands of the VW Group – Audi, CUPRA, SEAT, Škoda, Volkswagen and VW Commercial Vehicles – they also distribute the brands BMW, MINI , Jaguar and Land Rover.To support their strong growth, they are expanding their team in the Limburg region and looking for a Bodyworker with expertise in metal sheet preparation.Functie-eisen
We are preferably looking for an employee who specializes primarily in spray painting . If you also have experience with disassembling and assembling cars, this is a big plus .As a spray painter you are responsible for:
- Color determination and creation
- Apply technical specifications of lacquer
- Master spraying techniques
- Apply base coats and varnishes
- Set up and operate the spray booth
- Perform spot repair
- Quality control
Requirements
- Solid experience- minimum 3 years
- Passion for cars
- Good level of English
- European Nationality/Citizenship
- Driving License B it's a plus
Aanbod
- Fully legal employment in accordance with Belgian regulations, including social security, health insurance, and accrual of Belgian pension rights.
- Competitive salary depending on skills and experience (according to official rates or agreements with the client): €18 – €21/hour.
- Meal vouchers worth €5 per worked day (€105 – €110/month).
- Comfortable high-standard accommodation: furnished apartments with single rooms, including utilities (water, gas, electricity) and unlimited internet (~weekly cost €90, in line with market prices).
- Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (around €1,600 net, paid once a year).
- Holiday allowance – 15.38% of annual gross salary (around €4,500 net, paid once a year).
- Family allowances for each child.
- Transport provided, depending on the distance between accommodation and workplace.
- Individual support from our English- and Polish-speaking team.
- Free accommodation during the first week of employment.
- Welcome package worth €25 (food products).
- If you come with your own car and use it for transportation, you will receive a €25 fuel card per week.
