Our client is a technical manufacturing company in Belgium specialized in crane construction and custom metal components.In this role, you will play a key part in the in-house production of mechanical components. Most parts are custom-made one-off pieces, with occasional small series production. You will also support maintenance, repair work, and external machining assignments, which are often tailor-made solutions.
You will work in a highly technical environment where precision, craftsmanship, and problem-solving are essential.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and programming CNC lathes (Siemens controls)
- Producing custom and small-series components for crane construction
- Performing turning and milling operations for maintenance and repair work
- Manufacturing tailor-made parts for internal and external clients
- Working on a wide variety of technical and one-off projects
- Ensuring high precision and quality in all produced components

We are looking for a highly skilled and independent CNC professional:- Experience with CNC lathe programming (Siemens controls)
- Strong technical background and craftsmanship mindset
- Able to work independently and proactively
- Passion for technology and precision engineering
- Creative, motivated, and stress-resistant
- Very accurate and detail-oriented working style
- Team player with willingness to share knowledge
- Good communication skills in English
- Eager to learn and contribute to improvements
