Our client is a metal production company specializing in the manufacturing of steel tubes and profiles. They operate a state-of-the-art production environment with advanced machinery to deliver high-quality custom-made products for various industrial sectors.In this role, you are responsible for the full production process of steel tubes, working in a technically advanced and quality-driven environment.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and adjusting the tubemill machine for different production runs
- Operating and monitoring the production process of steel tubes
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Leading a team of 4–5 colleagues on the production line
- Ensuring smooth collaboration and efficient workflow
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
- Resolving minor technical issues on the machine
- Proposing improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
- Reporting production data and material needs in the system (Otomes)
- Reporting directly to the Production Manager
Functie-eisen
We are looking for an experienced and technically strong production operator:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar technical role
- Technical background
- Experience in production or machine operation environments
- Ability to lead a small team (4–5 people)
- Accurate, punctual, and independent working style
- Problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude
- Good level of English
- European nationality
- Driving licence B

We offer a stable and attractive employment package in Belgium:💶 Hourly salary: €18 – €19/hour (based on experience and agreement)
