Our client is a family-owned industrial company based in Alken (Belgium), specialized in solutions for industrial electric motors, gearmotors, pumps, and fans. They are currently looking for an experienced CNC Programmer / Operator to join their production team.The company offers a solid onboarding program, giving you time to adapt and grow into the role.
In this position, you will work in a technical production environment where precision, programming, and machine knowledge are key.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up cutting tools, positioning, and clamping workpieces
- Setting machining parameters (speed, feed, lubrication, etc.)
- Operating and programming CNC milling machines
- Making adjustments and modifications to machining programs
- Creating basic CNC programs from technical drawings and part lists
- Performing basic preventive and corrective machine maintenance
- Working with materials such as plastics, composites, ferrous metals (cast iron, steel), and non-ferrous metals (aluminium, zinc)
Functie-eisen
We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC professional:- Minimum 2 years of experience in CNC machining
- Experience with MAZAK CNC machines
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Good level of English
- European nationality
- Driving licence B
- Hands-on technical mindset and precision working style
- Ability to work independently and in a structured way
