Our client in Lummen (Belgium) is specialized in the production of high-tech composite components for the aerospace industry. They are currently looking for an experienced CNC Miller to strengthen their production team.In this role, you will work with advanced machining and production technologies, including 5-axis CNC machines and tape laying systems, contributing to highly precise and technical manufacturing processes.
Your responsibilities include:
- Setting up and operating 5-axis CNC milling machines and multi-spindle machines
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and production instructions
- Translating production plans into precise machine operations
- Inspecting manufactured parts and ensuring strict quality standards
- Performing minor maintenance on machines and equipment
- Laminating parts according to technical procedures
- Moving molds and tools using forklift or overhead crane
- Installing and adjusting rollers for production processes
- Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth production flow
You will work in a 2-shift system within a high-tech production environment.
Functie-eisen
We are looking for a precise and technically skilled CNC professional:- Experience as a CNC milling machine operator (5-axis experience is highly preferred)
- Experience with multi-spindle machines is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
- Strong attention to detail and precision mindset
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
- Experience in high-precision or aerospace manufacturing is an advantage
