Functieomschrijving
For our client, we are looking for a Welder/Assembler. You will contribute to the production of various steel structures for the concrete industry. You will join a small and close-knit team where craftsmanship, quality, and teamwork are highly valued.Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing materials based on technical drawings.
- Cutting, drilling, and positioning components for assembly.
- Assembling and welding steel structures.
- Checking the quality and dimensions of finished structures.
- Carrying out minor adjustments and finishing work when necessary.
- Occasionally assisting with the installation of structures at customers’ sites.
- Using workshop equipment and the overhead crane safely and correctly (experience is an advantage, but not required).
- Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
Functie-eisen
You have several years of experience as a fitter and/or welder.- You can read and interpret technical drawings.
- You work accurately, with a strong focus on quality, and independently.
- You have a strong technical aptitude and practical insight.
- Experience operating a forklift and overhead crane is an advantage (a certificate is not required).
