• You have a technical education, for example in welding and fabrication, mechanical engineering or a similar field, or you have relevant work experience.
• You have good spatial awareness and technical insight.
• You are practical, hands-on and enjoy getting stuck into the work.
• You have a genuine interest in technology and enjoy learning new skills.
• You work accurately and have an eye for quality.
• You can work independently while also functioning well as part of a team.
• You are motivated, eager to learn and determined to get the job done.
• Experience in hydraulics, mechanical assembly or welding is an advantage, but your technical aptitude and motivation are just as important.
