As an operator at our client in Lummen, a company specialized in the manufacturing of high-tech composite assemblies for aircraft, you play a crucial role in the production process. You will mainly work with a 5-axis, multi-spindle CNC machine and a tape laying machine.

You start your day by reading the instructions and plans prepared for you. You then translate these into precise actions on the machine. With your technical insight, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Your tasks include setting up and operating the CNC machine, inspecting the produced parts, and performing minor maintenance on the machine. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all processes run optimally.

A further selection of your responsibilities includes:

• Laminating parts according to procedures
• Moving molds/tools using a forklift or overhead crane
