• Preparing parts for painting: masking, sanding, and degreasing.
• Spraying machines, attachments, and components according to quality standards.
• Inspecting the final result and performing touch-ups when necessary.
• Keeping the workspace clean and handling materials and tools with care.
• Contributing ideas for improvements in the painting process or overall workflow.

• Assisting with cleaning machines and components.
• Helping with loading and unloading for customers.
• Supporting the setup of trade fairs and events.
• Contributing to order and cleanliness across the entire company site.

• You have experience with spray painting (industrial, automotive, or similar) or are eager to learn it.
• You work precisely and have a strong eye for detail.
• You take pride in your work and keep your workspace tidy.
• You are proactive, hands-on, and always ready to help where needed.
• You think along about how things can be improved or done more efficiently.
• You can speak English
• You hold a Category B driving licence.

Aanbod

• Fully legal employment in accordance with Belgian regulations, including social security, health insurance, and accrual of Belgian pension rights.
• Competitive salary depending on skills and experience (according to official rates or agreements with the client): €17 - €17.50/hour.
• Comfortable high-standard accommodation: furnished apartments with single rooms, including utilities (water, gas, electricity) and unlimited internet (~weekly cost €90, in line with market prices).
• Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (around €1,600 net, paid once a year).
• Holiday allowance – 15.38% of annual gross salary (around €4,500 net, paid once a year).
