As a Plumbing Technician, you will contribute to the high-quality finishing of modern modular homes within our production hall in Belgium. You will be responsible for installing and connecting all sanitary systems — from toilets and showers to heat pumps and rainwater recovery systems.With your technical skills and precision, you ensure that every installation is safe, functional, and built to last. Occasionally, you will also support the afterservice team by carrying out small on-site interventions at customer locations.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys stable, hands-on work in a workshop environment while still being part of a dynamic and growing company.
Functie-eisen
Main responsibilities:- Install and connect sanitary systems in modular housing units (toilets, showers, taps, etc.).
- Install and maintain rainwater recovery systems.
- Connect and test heat pumps and other water-related systems.
- Inspect completed installations and solve small technical problems.
- Prepare and report on completed work and signal any technical issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in the production hall.
- Occasionally perform small repair or service interventions at client sites.
Your profile:
- You have a technical education in plumbing or equivalent experience.
- You have several years of experience with sanitary installations (a strong advantage).
- You have solid technical insight, precision, and an eye for quality.
- You can work independently but also function well in a team.
- You hold a Category B driving licence.
- You can communicate in English (knowledge of Dutch is a plus).
- Experience with modular or residential construction is an asset.
Aanbod
- Fully legal employment in accordance with Belgian regulations, including social security, health insurance, and accrual of Belgian pension rights.
- Competitive salary depending on skills and experience (according to official rates or agreements with the client): €17 – €19.5/hour.
- Meal vouchers worth €5 per worked day (€105 – €110/month).
- Comfortable high-standard accommodation: furnished apartments with single rooms, including utilities (water, gas, electricity) and unlimited internet (~weekly cost €90, in line with market prices).
- Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (around €1,600 net, paid once a year).
- Holiday allowance – 15.38% of annual gross salary (around €4,500 net, paid once a year).
- Family allowances for each child.
- Transport provided, depending on the distance between accommodation and workplace.
- Individual support from our English- and Polish-speaking team.
- Free accommodation during the first week of employment.
- Welcome package worth €25 (food products).
- If you come with your own car and use it for transportation, you will receive a €50 fuel card per week.
