As an Industrial Construction worker, you are responsible for assembling steel structures for various industrial buildings. You work with different materials and techniques, including installing façade panels, roofs, and wall panels. You also install mezzanine floors and perform grinding and welding work to ensure everything is securely fastened.You read plans and technical drawings to carry out tasks accurately. A fear of heights is a no-go, as you will often be working at height. A category B driving licence is required to travel to different job sites. Your skills are essential for building safe and durable constructions in the industrial sector.

You possess the following skills and competencies:- Experience in assembling steel structures for industrial buildings
- You van speak English or Dutch
- Proficiency in installing façade panels, roof panels, and wall panels
- Skilled in installing mezzanine floors
- No fear of heights and comfortable working at elevated locations
- Experience with grinding and welding work
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Holder of a valid category B driving licence
You are a team player with a strong attention to detail who prioritizes safety at all times. You work efficiently and have a hands-on mentality.
Aanbod
- Fully legal employment in accordance with Belgian regulations, including social security, health insurance, and accrual of Belgian pension rights.
- Competitive salary depending on skills and experience (according to official rates or agreements with the client): €17 – €20/hour.
- Meal vouchers worth €5 per worked day (€105 – €110/month).

- Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (around €1,600 net, paid once a year).
- Holiday allowance – 15.38% of annual gross salary (around €4,500 net, paid once a year).

- Transport provided, depending on the distance between accommodation and workplace.

- If you come with your own car and use it for transportation, you will receive a €50 fuel card per week.
