Functieomschrijving
You are responsible for operating and setting up metalworking machines, such as CNC machines or presses. You carefully follow technical drawings to produce parts according to the specified requirements. During the production process, you inspect the quality of the components and make minor adjustments where necessary. In addition, you ensure the maintenance and cleaning of the machines to guarantee smooth operation.You work with a strong focus on safety and efficiency within a production environment where teamwork is key.

- Setting up and operating metalworking machines
- Inspecting produced parts for quality
- Performing minor adjustments and corrections
- Carrying out preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment
- Recording production data in the system
Functie-eisen
- Technical insight and strong problem-solving skills
- Experience with slitting lines and overhead crane operation
- Accurate working method when monitoring and adjusting parameters
- Ability to independently convert and set up machines
- Flexibility to work in shift systems
Aanbod
- Fully legal employment in accordance with Belgian regulations, including social security, health insurance, and accrual of Belgian pension rights.
- Competitive salary depending on skills and experience (according to official rates or agreements with the client): €17 – €19/hour.

- Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (around €1,600 net, paid once a year).
