As an operator at our client in Lummen, a company specialized in the manufacturing of high-tech composite assemblies for aircraft, you play a crucial role in the production process. You will mainly work with a 5-axis, multi-spindle CNC machine and a tape laying machine.You start your day by reading the instructions and plans prepared for you. You then translate these into precise actions on the machine. With your technical insight, you ensure that everything runs smoothly and that our products meet the highest quality standards.
Your tasks include setting up and operating the CNC machine, inspecting the produced parts, and performing minor maintenance on the machine. You work closely with your colleagues to ensure that all processes run optimally.
A further selection of your responsibilities includes:
- Laminating parts according to procedures
- Moving molds/tools using a forklift or overhead crane
- Performing quality inspections
- Installing and adjusting rollers
In this position, you will work in a two-shift system.
Functie-eisen
- You have experience as a CNC milling machine operator, preferably with 5-axis milling machines.
- Experience with multi-spindle machines is a plus.
- You are able to follow instructions accurately and work independently. You understand the importance of precision in your work.
- You have experience reading technical drawings. The ability to interpret and execute technical drawings is crucial in this role.
- You are willing to work in a two-shift system.
Aanbod
- Fully legal employment in accordance with Belgian regulations, including social security, health insurance, and accrual of Belgian pension rights.
- Competitive salary depending on skills and experience (according to official rates or agreements with the client): €16 - €19/hour
- Meal vouchers worth €5 per worked day (€105 – €110/month).

- Annual bonus – 8.33% of annual gross salary (around €1,600 net, paid once a year).
