Functieomschrijving
Our client is a high-tech production company located in the Zolder region (Belgium), operating in a stable industrial environment. They are currently looking for an Electrotechnician for a permanent night shift.In this role, you are responsible for ensuring the continuity and reliability of electrical and automation systems within the production environment. You actively contribute to troubleshooting, improvements, and optimization of installations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Analyzing and resolving electrical and control system faults
- Reading and interpreting electrical schematics
- Measuring electrical circuits and performing insulation resistance tests
- Monitoring and working with PLC systems (Siemens S5 & S7)
- Setting and adjusting frequency converters (VFDs)
- Performing electrical and automation modifications on production lines
- Supporting maintenance of electrical infrastructure
- Carrying out limited mechanical interventions when required
- Collaborating closely with the Electrical Engineer and contributing with own initiative
- Working in a fixed night shift
Functie-eisen
We are looking for a strong and proactive technical professional:- Higher Secondary diploma in Electrotechnics OR Bachelor in Electrical Engineering / Automation
- Solid knowledge of Siemens S5 & S7 PLC systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset and hands-on attitude
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
- Safety-conscious and disciplined working style
- Comfortable with working in a permanent night shift
- Flexible and open to continuous improvement

Aanbod
We offer a stable and attractive employment package in Belgium:💶 Hourly salary: €22 – €25/hour (based on experience and agreement)
